Mike installed Solar PV to reduce his carbon footprint and because it is the best financial investment he can make in his home. "We are on a path to electrify everything and meet our energy needs with the sun. With other efficiency improvements, we expect to meet almost 100% of our electricity needs this year from the sun. This includes driving the Volt and providing heat for the house (except for the coldest days)."
